Benefit Analysis, Inc. (BAI) is a third party administrator located in Nutley, NJ. We
specialize in the administration of COBRA and pre-tax plans as well as human resource
outsourcing. We serve over 1,000 clients in various industries from both the private and
public sectors. We have over 30 employees with many years of experience in various
aspects of the employee benefits field. We have extensive knowledge of FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, State
Continuation, HIPAA, FMLA and compliance, and we know how to apply this knowledge to our FSA
administration. We are committed to staying current on all of the applicable laws and
compliance changes with continuing education classes, seminars, and IRS and trade publications.
Jeffrey Orr, co-owner at BAI and son of previous owner, Jack Orr. Jeff has been
with BAI for over twenty years and is a graduate of Caldwell University, with a BS in
Business Management. While working under his father Jack Orr, Jeff managed all of the
FSA, HRA and Transportation/Parking reimbursement plans for all of BAIs clients.
Upon his fathers retirement, Jeff accepted an ownership role at BAI.
Jonathan Orr, co-owner at BAI and son of previous owner, Jack Orr. Jonathan is a graduate
of Rutgers University with a BS in Accounting. He obtained his Masters degree in taxation and
CPA certification while working in public accounting before joining the Benefit Analysis team in 2013.
